Community Groups

Community Groups are usually comprised of eight to twelve people that meet weekly in someone's home for fellowship, Bible study, and prayer, to experience life together. They are for adults of all ages, stages of life, and spiritual maturity.

Community Groups are the setting where life change best occurs. They provide the right environment to discuss real life issues. In Community Groups, we celebrate the successes and good times of life, as well as comfort one another during the tough and disappointing times. It is a place to be encouraged, equipped, and challenged to become a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ. Community Groups allow us to examine our lives together while pursuing the ultimate goal of being like Jesus. This is why Community Groups are the backbone of Common Ground.

The primary purpose of Community Groups are to help us become more like Jesus by "pursuing life as family through Jesus."
