Lead Pastor: Danny Schaffner

Danny Schaffner has been married to the love of his life, Kristi, for well over a decade now. They have 4 boys - Waylon, Ricky, Caden, and Brody. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys all sorts of music. He loves the diversity of Tampa and the unique opportunity God has given him to restore a work in the heart of the city. |

Associate Minister to Children & Families: Julie Scott

Julie has been married to her husband Mike for over 3 years now. Julie graduated from Anderson University with a degree in Elementary Education. She has a heart for children and desires to strenthen their families. |

Director of Community Life: Chandra Lee

Chandra and her husband, Col (Ret.) Irvin Lee, have a heart for multi-ethnic fellowships and are delighted to be a part of Common Ground Tampa. They have been married for 23 years and after 19 moves now call Tampa home. They have two children, Stephen and Charis.Chandra graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science Degree and from Columbia International University with an M.Ed. in Curriculum Development with an emphasis in cross-cultural instruction. |
